Torreira Nautical Association

ANT - Associação Náutica da Torreira is a non-profit, public interest private legal entity, founded on October 6, 1987, and headquartered in the Nautical Pavilion in the town of Torreira, municipality of Murtosa, district of Aveiro, in the heart of the Ria de Aveiro. Its privileged location in relation to the waters of the Ria de Aveiro allows it to provide the necessary support for all types of nautical activities, both recreational and competitive, as well as the organization of federated and non-federated nautical sports events in the modalities of dinghy sailing and canoeing. It has initiation and training schools for all age groups in the aforementioned modalities. It is responsible for the operational management of the Torreira Marina, a nautical infrastructure equipped for space rental, boat storage and parking on land and in the water park, provision of winches, cranes and a ramp for launching/retrieving boats from the water, sale of fuels and nautical equipment, and also rental of non-motorized vessels (sailboats and canoes), also having administrative, technical, social and catering/bar support facilities.
